The Lorentz transforms and associated “confirming novel expe

James,

I do not want to Interfere in the discussion, but this CBR reminded me something.
I came to know about this many years ago when i read the History of Time by Hawkins.

And, the thing that puzzels and surprises me that are Hindu religions talk about this; Guru Nanak, kabir, Buddhism, Yoga etc. It is called Anhad-Naad ( such a sound that never stops). Even Sufism say the similar things about this sound.

They all say there was noting in the begning but a humming sound. They described it as HHHHHHUUUUUMMMMM, something similar to the sound that high tension elctric wires use to omit.

They also say that this sound can be heard by humans (this is true). As a matter of fact, in Naad-yoga, the medidator has to find and concentrate on this very sound.

Is CBR is the same thing as religions predict or it is merely a coincedence?
I am not sure. But, i can tell if anyhow i would be able to hear how exactly the CBR sounds.

Sorry for the interruption. Plese continue.

“BSR”???
“Bogus Special Relativity”? :-s
“Bullshitting Stupid Relativists”?
“Brainy Superstitious Relativists”?
:-k

If they talk of a “beginning”, they are already off track. The only “beginning” is a beginning of understanding, not a beginning of the universe (unless you are a solipsist believing that they are the same thing).

Sorry, It was CBR, not BSR. I edited my post.
But, forget it and continue with the thread.

Oh, no problem. And actually today I think they refer to it as “CMB”, “Cosmic Microwave Background”. But it’s on the order of 160 gigahertz, so I can’t imagine any human brain sensing it as a “hum”. At best the brain might detect a harmonic resonance between that frequency and something else very close to it in frequency. Perhaps within the brain, a harmonic resonance is established once the mental noise is reduced enough, triggering a neurological rhythmic reaction. That could make sense.

James,

I am going out for some days and come back to it later, both what religons say and what i actually experienced, but in a different thread.
