This idea has often come up but usually dies out pretty soon. Well not this time. I have the capacity and willingness to produce a large quantity of Official ILP T-Shirts for a fairily reasonable price. (under $20 after shipping). through the power of bulk purchase, anything is possible. The product would have to be sold through ebay and i would like to start producing these shirts befroe october. (for the holidays)

I am starting a competition for the best t shirt design
paint/photoshop seem to be decent programs for designing. If this is a problem you can email a description of you’re design and i’ll try my best to create it.
the competition will end september 15.
After that, The members of ILP will vote on which design they like the best.
as added insentive the winner will recieve his 2 t-shirts free of charge.
I’d also like to suggest people who don’t see themselves as artistic, should still throw in ideas. Ideas can be nutted out here and/or can often trigger other ideas.
Yrom, i’m not against this idea in principle but if you want this to be an official ILP t-shirt and use our logos etc. then we will need to work closely together so that we are all satisfied with the process.
Yes, or it could just be a simple but classy shirt.
I mean pick a proper easy to read font, and have ilovephilosophy.com written out in black (or blue) color.
Then perhaps there could be variations of the t-shirt each depicting a different philosopher.
The back could have ilovephilosophy.com in much smaller letters still in black (or blue) but obvioulsy at the top just centered just below the collar line.
White T-shirt, simple, easy to understand.
Many new and exciting people will come here to share their intellect.
