Every now and then weve got to tell the difference between what we can
t do and what we don`t want to be able to do. With that reference, many of us feel bound to ask the question: “what if?”
But, are perhaps the complaints about the present an essential part of mankind, as much as the nostalgy for the past and the relative fear of the future?
For instance, with the woman I love, we havent taken a step forward for yonks (except for the fact that everyday we get to know each other deeper). Perhaps it
s because either she or I or both are meaning to be in a long-term “walking towards the future” situation? Are we calculating what are we going to be instead of being who we are?
The question is, how can we tell the difference between what we can and can`t change?
