Because they are egotist assholes with out consideration for others, trust me I run into those guys all the time. They will claim it is their only chance to play and that you should not grudge them that. Piffle, there are plenty of courts at parks around any city, that are not near peoples windows.

Because nobody has tried to stop them 
For example, climb the fence in the middle of the night and pin an anonymous note to the net saying “Sorry to sound like a spoilsport but your early-morning tennis is disrupting nearby residents beauty sleep, so could you do it at a more civilised hour, say 9a.m., thanks”
If they ignore you and carry on, climb the fence at midnight again and cut down the net with wire cutters, roll it up, carry it away and dump it in the river…
If they still carry on without a net, get back to me and I’ll tell you what further steps to take.

Go talk to them. Should they answers satisfactory, maybe it’s a good thing join them, u got new 4rnds. If not, get nasty on them or whatever…also, get someone professional to hav a look at your head. These forums won’t help you much.
