Hiccups; they have a physiological reason, and an associated physiological and psychological solution.
The interesting note about them is that there are several different methods and interpretations of the affliction that work for a wide ranging variation of peoples.
Further of novelty is that a method that is true for one person may not inherently be a true solvent for another person.
Some peoples truths will be other peoples wive’s tales and superstitions.
In all of the variations, a different conception and identity of what the hiccup is doing to the body in terms and what the body is doing during the solution is held.
Everyone is generally wrong and uniquely right at once on the particulars of the matter.
Luckily, no one feels all that emotionally attached to their truth regarding the hiccup, so there haven’t really been all that many ritualized romanticisms, adherences, practices, and ontological waxings about the matter. Thereby, there haven’t been any congregations of believers on variations of the hiccup ontology.
However; if there were emotionally strong relationships with the hiccup for people, then there would be a few layers of expression added that would probably lead to social circles arising in league to adherence of differing propositions.
All simply because there is a real bodily function that is taking place, to which is variable in occurrence and solution within the human biology, and conceived and experienced in full in relationship to the variable and associative understanding of this explicitly and implicitly.
It would be interesting if the hiccup were an emotionless parallel to the function of our biology which provides the provocation in our ontological reflection and experience.
