Then, inasmuch as the reelection of Trump represents end-stage monopoly capitalism, this could be the moment you’ve been waiting for.
The same political party who helped orchestrate the 2008 corporate financial bailouts and the hysteria of the Covid Lockdowns is going to defeat capitalism? No…
Who said it had to be the Democratic Party? Think big, my man.
You’ve peaked my curiosity, explain.
other words here because there is a character limit
The system is broken. Both political parties are corrupt. Monopoly capitalists are exploiting workers in dead end jobs. Upward social mobility is minimal. The income gap is at an all time high. The health care system is broken. Housing costs are skyrocketing. Homelessness is epidemic. Schools are failing. People are dying from OD at record rates. Life expectancy is decreasing. So, where’s the revolution?
The revolution is personal. It is not broadcast or advertised.
You do you. And your own. YOU are your own revolution… or not.
Stop waiting for someone to step in and save you. Take responsibility.
Be the truth you wish to see in the world. No one will thank you for it or even notice, but so what? If you want accolades and praise then keep aligning with the System. The rest of us already busy living our own free lives.
Right now people go to work daily and support the nation in daily productivity. Once a majority of people lose their jobs and livelihoods then we shall see a nationwide revolution.
I’m doing that. Hopefully you are too.
Does it have to get that bad?
Short answer no, long answer, yes.
Musk joins the Resistance ; in reference to Trump’s budget bill he tweets:
“ I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore.
This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination.
Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.”
Trump is trying to jam the bill through the senate. Musk has given ammunition to Democratic and Republican senators who want to amend to the bill.

Trump’s biggest financial donor has most of their money invested inside China, coincidence? I’ve stopped believing in those a long time ago.
The techno-fascist wing of MAGA doesn’t like the bill. If Musk’s tweets help to defeat it in the Senate —great. There are so many things wrong with it. In addition to cuts to health care coverage to children and the poor, there is actually a provision in the bill that aims to limit the power of courts to enforce contempt citations for failing to comply with injunctions or temporary restraining orders. It’s mainly about tax cuts to the top 20%.
Corporate America is trying to initiate economic austerity inside the United States under Trump. It failed in Europe, it will also fail here.
Yes, their ideal period of American greatness is pre-FDR when the robber barons reigned supreme. Of course, they’d like to forget that arrangement brought us the great depression.
“House Democrats are jumping on Elon Musk’s allegation that President Trump’s name is in the supposedly secret documents the federal government has on powerful men who were in the orbit of the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. They immediately called for the release of the Epstein files. “I called for the full release of the Epstein Files a month ago because of my suspicion that Attorney General Pam Bondi was concealing the files to protect Donald Trump,” Representative Dan Goldman, Democrat of New York, wrote on X. “Now my suspicion has been confirmed.”
“The Republican spending bill would cut $7,500 in tax credits for people who purchase Tesla cars, phase out subsidies for battery factories and lithium refineries and end financial support for electric vehicle charging stations. Trump and his Republican allies are also planning to kill regulations that allow Tesla to sell clean air credits to other carmakers that fail to meet environmental standards. During the first quarter, Tesla sold credits worth $595 million, more than the company’s net profit of $409 million.
“Musk had not seemed to mind. That changed on Thursday, when he wrote on X, ”Keep the EV/solar incentive cuts in the bill, even though no oil & gas subsidies are touched (very unfair!!), but ditch the MOUNTAIN of DISGUSTING PORK in the bill.”
“President Trump threatened to cut billions of dollars in federal contracts and tax subsidies for Elon Musk’s companies on Thursday, the latest escalation in the growing feud between the two men.
“The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions and Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts,” the president wrote on Truth Social. “I was always surprised that Biden didn’t do it!” [Source: NYT , today]
Last week I posted that Michael Cohen predicted that Trump would go after Musk’s money. Could Musk’s government contracts become the next victim of DOGE? The shit storm that is the Trump 2.0 continues.
German chancellor Merz schools Trump.
