The somewhat moral state of the Decent Man

The Decent Man says yes to life even when his state denies substance abuse in what could be called a somewhat moral approach to good governance. This approach shows him to be a decent member of the forces making war on drugs, one who declines to descend to war on life itself as regularly does moral man. With that life is affirmed by the state even in its persecution of drug culture. Only thus does the Decent Man readily find requiem under modern conditions, only by embracing such ways has he thus far found acceptance of his ascendancy amongst moral man.

But like I said in another thread, what exactly might the decent man descend to? What would make moral man happy?
