The women on tinder are different than me for the following reasons

1 they have jobs I am on welfare without a job 2 they don’t care about sex I care about sex 3 they have interests most of the time that are different than mine 4 a lot of them have country lifestyles I don’t 5 they are more attractive than me and therefore get more attention than me 6 they don’t have mental health illnesses I have mental health illnesses 7 most of them like drinking I don’t like drinking 8 most of them have friends I have no friends.

TInder is pretty much the worst place on the net to find a partner. It’s superficial, and everyone is jostling for position in the “love market”.

Better to meet someone through the discovery of common interests, I think. If it happens, it happens. Trying to make things happen using Tinder, especially if you’re in a vulnerable position, is just going to make you feel depressed if you don’t feel like you have the same or more to offer, but what do the people on Tinder have to offer? You can learn much from chatting online, but you don’t have much idea until you meet them.

I wouldn’t feel too bad about it, tinder is more for the extroverts, leave that mess to them…

Yep I do agree with you there tender Is for young adults who like to party and extroverts I don’t fit those groups so I don’t fit in with Tinder for the most part.

I tried it once, and I did meet someone and we chatted for a good while. But when we finally got together, it just wasn’t really there, her life and mine just weren’t very compatible. After that I just gave up on it, it’s too nerve-wracking to have to meet people and put on a show (or at least be presentable) one after the other.

It’s not for me. Only way to do it is just get out there, I suppose, and take things one step at a time.

Sounds mentally exhausting especially if you keep meeting people and never find that special someone.

I’m not sure it’s something you can look for, it just happens. The best way is to increase the surface area, i.e. put yourself in situations where you mingle with people and just hope for the best, then nature kinda takes it course sometimes.

Sounds determined or left up to chance.

It is pretty much left up to chance. It’s not really something you can plan out. Just have to bump into someone, and if the magentism is there, then it all lights up, if it’s not, then it wont.

It is a pretty cruel system if you’re feeling lonely, but that’s just life. Don’t know what else to say.

This may come across as rude, but that is not my intention, but I am curious, are you looking for pity with this? Or do you genuinely want like some sort of advice or something else?

Also, are you comparing yourself as a woman to other women? Or yourself as a man to the women on tinder?

Different ‘from’. Is the full stop broken on your phone?

Why is everyone else pretending that your drivel makes any kind of sense with no punctuation whatsoever? Pathetic.

His main interests are porn and gaming, so not a terribly helpful suggestion.

Feel free to add those things if you want to I’m not asking for those things I purposely made this post just to simply state the facts that the women on dating apps in fact the man as well are very different than me.

I’m comparing myself to the women on there I’m trying to think about if they have more value than me or the same value or I don’t have any value at all it’s a very perplexing psychological thing to think about.

I’m not bound by punctuation no matter how many people like you insult me for it I find it perplexing and difficult to use and I never learned it in school anyway what’s important is the words not the punctuation unless you are an English teacher which perhaps maybe you are which is why you got so offended by that.

So you don’t give a shit about being understood then?

I think that the most difficult thing is that your asking the question of your value indicates that you likely feel as though you are not valuable. I think that as for advice, you need to find something that makes you feel useful, and then do that. Your sense of self worth is going to be tied to you feeling like you sre doing something that matters. Not all people need this, but those who are nihilistic and find it difficult to see objective meaning in the world, similar to myself, need to feel as though they are doing something with a purpose.

I agree that nothing will matter in a million years, but we can affect the world and those around us. We can enjoy things in life. There does not need to be objective meaning because to take a kantian view, that is something that is beyond the realm of experience. We cannot know if there is even such a thing as meaning. It is just a concept we have come up with that is not tied to anything in reality. So why be upset or saddened that you cannot know something that no one can know?

Find a purpose. It doesn’t need to be a purpose than anyone else agrees with either, just something that makes you feel useful. Getting a job if you can will help a lot with this as well because it will feel like you are just taking and not giving without one. If you aren’t a selfish person, this will eat away at your sense of self worth.

There is no objective value that anyone has over another person. People like to do a lot of virtue signaling and moral grandstanding, but that is just to make themselves feel better. We all die in the end, so enjoy your life rather than comparing it to everyone elses because what other people think is valuable isn’t what you think as valuable as you have described your interests and what not. So do what you think is valuable. Go make games if you like them. Fight for consumer rights so that you can keep enjoying games. Literally anything as a goal to get you out of the feeling that you don’t have value because even the people who have everything that other’s may envy them for, can still feel as though they aren’t good enough. And that’s because there is no such thing as good enough when you are justifying your existence to others. Do what makes you happy and don’t lie to yourself about the things that you don’t like because only by accepting what you don’t like can you actually change those things. Some things you cannot change, but almost everything can be improved.

You are valuable regardless of what others say. Or you aren’t because our opinions have no bearing on your life unless you want them to.

If they didn’t care about sex they wouldn’t be on tinder, which is why you are there, muting thread.
