Ageing, as we all know is the result of cell degeneration. Existing cells deteriorate due to a reduced supply of oxygen and the poor quality of nutrients in the blood. The quality of the nutrients in the blood is determined by diet and digestion. So the maxim: Eating more fesh fruit and vegatables and cutting back on meat, sugar and salt, is solid advise.
What is not emphasised enough, and the point of these tips on ageing, is that oxygen, including the volume of hydrogen in the water we drink, constitutes over 90% of our daily diet and that is why exercise is so essential to physical comfort.
Thus 90% of the energy in our cells is charged with the electro-magnetic dynamism generated by oxygen atoms.
Arthris in the joints and aches in the muscles are primarily due to oxygen starvation. If one’s life style is too sedantry, not enough oxygen-enriched blood is pumped though the arteries into the extreme ends of the capilaries. High blood pressure is the result of this gradually reducing circulatory volume as we age, retire from work and lead a more sedantry life style. If one has led a life behind a desk, the degenerative process is naturally faster.
To get the blood flowing back out to the extremes of the circulaory system again, a few minutes of even higher-blood pressure is required.
I have found that forty quick push-ups gets rid of arthritis pain in the fingers and wrists instantaneously. The relief lasts for several hours.
Forty quick leg squats do the same for the ankles and toes.
A five minute hard jog gets the blood to flush the cheeks and helps to stop the skin from hardening and lining
If you are not left panting and generating increased atomic electricty for a five or ten minutes once a day, you aint working at it hard enough.
Its never too late to start pushing and getting the energy-charged blood delivered out there to where it is needed.
So when the joints hurt, stop taking those pills, eat better and get down on the floor and push. You will feel better instantly. Thats a fact.
I imagine most of the pain relief comes from endorphins released during excerise, rather than oxygenation – after all, almost any excerise that really gets you sweating is going to be anaerobic.
That isn’t to say that excerise isn’t a vital component of aging well, I just can’t agree with your mechanism.
You may have a point as regards extreme pain-relief.
Endomorphine does not rush in automatically when I awake with arthritic pain at night, unless I get up and do some exercises.
In my experience pain has to be beyond bearable before endophins kick in.
The real point is what causes cell ageing and what is a quick and natural remedy for the discomfort?
