No, I don’t think he’s been banned. He announced in a thread of his that he is leaving because of constant temporary bans he receives and deems unfair. Too bad, I kinda liked the guy 
Though if you ask me, he’ll be back. From what I understood he’s been here before and managed to get over 1000 posts in a couple of weeks. Somebody that persistent and attached to ILP is not likely to give up this easily.

Joker explained it all to us. He is tired of the mini-bans here and has decided once again to pull stakes. Apparently, he has made his peace with Satyr and is now posting over at KTS.

I wonder the extent to which the fate of the world hinges on who ultimately wins this epic battle? I’m surprised no one has mentioned it yet on the news. It must be the mainstream media censoring us again.
