Training videos on keeping the slaves in line.

Always remember that a good obedient working class slave greets every customer with a smile earning their minimum wages. Be kind and courteous slaving in the workplace.

I want this thread to be an archive of employee or worker workplace training videos just for kicks and fun. Might even get some philosophical conversation on the art of propaganda out of it.

Again you have to see the Movie…

Compliance.

This Movies shows how well trained people are. Fast food restaurant. Caller claiming to be a police officer. True story. Amazing.
No CGI. No explosions.

Your compliance, obedience, and ability to take direction is very important in being a good serf in the workplace for your minimum wages.

Always remember that it’s not a bad idea to kiss the ass of management from time to time so that later on when they want to cut the workforce you’re not at the top of that list. Always remember to smile from time to time when you’re on the clock working. It shows customers that you at least pretend to care about giving them their desired services and that you try to be a good actor.

From time to time, you will be asked by management to take it up the ass when the work place gets stressful. As a part of the work environment strategy of compliance, it’s good now and then to bend over by letting them jam a giant stick up your asshole. Always make sure that you utilize the proper company lube for this procedure which can be found in your company’s environmental OSHA Manual handbook.

Thanks for being a new addition to our team. We look forward to your addition within our company.

No one needs to be trained to clean a toilet.

I was concerned until I saw that video, now I know the pigs are okay. I hope they pay those workers a descent wage for the good work they do.

you’d be surprised.
Also , I think that it’s probably subliminal - you see how well the guy cleans that toilet bowl? How he is don on his knees on the floor? Nearly hugging it? “Well he doesn’t mind getting right in there, so it can’t be that bad”…
All those minimum wage, servile jobs at burger joints and supermarkets, most of the training is just directing the worker-drone how to be polite and helpful.
Most of it is just learning how to act like you care, right Ty?

That’s right. They better act like they care! Or else we going to whip them into shape.

Remember two very important things: 1.) The customer is always right. 2.) If you are having fun doing your job, that means you are NOT doing it correctly.

I find these training videos to be beyond absurdity; the corniness, fakeness, superficiality, is twilight zonish.
The ideal chattel-slave is a mannequin, a plastic-person with exaggerated smiles, high pitched vocal fluctuations, and an obviously feigned interested and concern for the customer. Externally, the management desires the employee to seem very happy, but internally, it’s ideal that the customer be infused with feelings of misery, discomfort, and despair.

I worked in fast-food restaurants before; they are hell on Earth. I hate this idea of worshipping work. Productivity has been deified in the West. And many people have this crazy idea that work and play should be separate things. " You go to work - then when you have a few hours off work, you can play". Work is something that should be distinct from play, apparently. It’s ideal, as prior mentioned, that work should be a generally boring, uncomfortable, miserable thing. If you are having fun while doing work, then you are working incorrectly.
