The freedom of speech concept is paradoxical and has never really existed in the first place.
If there were freedom of speech, no conservative would be angered by a liberal who wanted to censor certain kinds of language. He has the freedom of speech to say ‘I dont think you should say that’, and the conservative can do nothing about it.
We’ve amended it over the years so that some speech is criminal: say, yelling fire in a crowded movie theater.
The thing about this change is that it’s not true AT THE TIME! But after the fact.
To say that companies cannot allow freedom of speech proactively is some serious shit.
There are two things that make America great;
1.) freedom of speech
2.) freedom of enterprise

When you yell fire in a movie theatre you are not instantly sent to prison. You have a trial where you can make your case. The Trump law sends you immediately to prison for violating freedom of speech.
No due process.
But it is the right of a democratic assembly to agree to censoring certain kinds of language.

1/4 of his entire administration has been trips to his golf courses. Over 365 trips in 4 years. The most of any president (by far!) (also, trump has never once read a presidential briefing - but I digress) ( Each trip costs over a million dollars each (Air Force 1, secret service. Etc…). But to add insult to injury, he bills the US government to stay at his hotels!!! Fucking insane that we even humor this guy!
And here’s the deal… he turned down his presidential salary!! Oh… what a saint!!! What? That’s 400,000 a year… fucking hilarious!!!
