I’m rather enjoying the fact that time seems to stretch out super slow-mo right before catastrophe hits. Makes me wonder about the people who jumped out of the twin towers during 9/11. That’s a long way to fall to the ground to spend your whole time screaming, especially if one has accepted their fate. Imagine just what they thought about during that period of time. Hell, they could have fit in half a billion games of chess during that time or thought about a hundred million different ways to say goodbye to their loved ones that they’d never actually get the chance to say. Kind of makes you think.
The republicans and democrats have always worked together though most of both parties do not realize this, including elected. Do the research on patterns. Look at war times, peace times, look at financial upheavals, corporate consolidations and break ups. And deaths of the extreme quiet elites. The noisy ones are tools. And this research must include all the world leading countries. Dismiss most of Europe .
Trump and Clintons are working to create a f*ck up in power. The other candidates are definite puppets. But, these two are attempting a sort of coup. It might get interesting finally.
Finally, remember that old Bill has had Ambassador status… Trump has world connections.
By patterns Republicans should have a president in office this next election.
When the United States starts to economically crash in 2018 or before much as the same of entire world with the advent of another world war the commander in chief will be the least of your problems as 400 million dead will litter the entire planet…
I know what you’re thinking reading this that all of this sounds crazy but it’s exactly what I see going forth into the future where some of you may someday recall what I said in this thread. Take note and mark my words.
By patterns, party outsiders (such as Trump) don’t get nominated for President, but it does look like that’s precisely what’s going to happen - at least at this point.
Sanders maybe, Clinton I’m 100% certain at this point she can’t. The local Democrats here won’t touch her, too toxic and universally hated. Both Bluedog and Young Democrats dislike her, rest of the country would happily crucify her while dancing around her writhering body. Liberal news outlets have been backing off her, when I Google polls for Hillary vs Trump, 9 out of 10 clearly back trump, no matter how I word the poll search in Hillary’s favor.
She isn’t electable. The very people saying she is, are isolated and are asserting wish fulfillment. I don’t gamble, but if I did, I would know not to be on her. Only chance in hell she has is if Sanders is her VP.
You can’t win a election by getting that snooty left elitist crowd to come out in droves saying “Hell No to X”… at this point everyone in the country has locked their guns on this very portion of the population and more or less blames them.
We went through eight years of this crowd making pointless Bush Monkeyface Memes, and we got Obama out of it, a absolute disaster… and are informed in our suffering how great it all is.
This is the very group the US is rebelling against. The country is sick of it. Nobody approves of what trump is saying, but what we approve of strongly is that it freaks people like you out. If you can’t handle it, it has gotta be a good thing at this point, as the last eight years has been hell on most.
Trump more or less parallels tactically my approach on this forum in handling some of the more deranged features of the moderators on this forum. Why? Similar fucked up group. I’m not joking. Its a very effective approach.
Issue is, I don’t actually know what Trump is running for position wise (other than Trump). He is very well aware of the deep apathy and hatred most Americans have for the Democrats (and yes, most hate them for what they have done, bank on it), he has no real loyalty to the Republican establishment. All I got to go off of is his business cycle… how he approaches starting and ending businesses.
Trump wouldn’t be my first choice for president, but he us admittedly far, far, far, far better than Hillary. She has no chance, the hubbub saying she does is deeply delusional, even within strictly Democratic news and forums. Youth hate her, socialist hate her… who is left? People who voted for Bill? Thats a small group at this point, and it is doubtful how enthusiastic they will be…
It is one thing to say “I support Hillary” than to say “Hillary will win”. The first is a opinion, the latter is a lie. I support Carson, but know damn well he can’t win. Most I can hope for is Surgeon General. I don’t run around delusional insisting he has a chance when mist everything suggests he doesn’t. Same goes for Hillary. She can beat Bernie, but certainly not Trump. Bernie might be able to beat Trump, but unlikely Hillary.
Its the facts of life right now. Saying anything otherwise at this time and I know your ideologically blinded and can’t see the world around you. It is really looking like Trump us going to win. This isn’t the election for a elitist like Hillary or Jeb, playing on family connections and a divine right to misrule, to win. People just want to destroy the old order right now.
Hulk Smash
America Angry
If the Democrats or Republicans want to survive, they gotta realize the stunts pulled under the ideologues of the last two party administrations have to end. The country no longer needs political parties, when you push everyone to the edge like they are right now. They won’t turn to political parties if they both let them down, they will turn to the biggest Donkey Kong Sledgehammer Wheeling Badass around to just start smashing stuff.
If Trump just spends his first week as president, in Congress with demolition tools, wildly swinging and breaking shit yelling incoherently, his approval ratings will go out of the roof. Thats how angry people are. Hillary has zero chance against this level of repressed rage. She is part of the problem, not the solution.
Also Turd, last i heard you lived in West Virginia (or was it South Carolina?) - you are absolutely right that no one in either of those states (except for the relatively small black minority populations) is going to vote for Hilary - but that is by no stretch representative of the electorate’s feelings as a whole.
400 million dead is actually only a tiny percentage of the human population on Earth - probably somewhere on par with some Roman Wars which left millions dead back when the overall human population was itself relatively tiny.
i don’t think what you’re saying is all that crazy, i just don’t think it spells the end for the human race or even for the USA. Not that i don’t think the USA is due for a downfall (or perhaps in the midst of one, given the possibility of President Trump) - but i don’t think WW3 will necessarily bring it about.
Yeah, it’s interesting, like the thing of your life flashing before your eyes in the instant of death. Time is an objective measurement on the one hand, but its limits are only the starting point of our experience.
The fact is it’s more about Trump than Hilary. People to the left of the extreme right will vote for whoever gets the Dem nomination because they are enthused about Trump NOT being president, not because they like Hilary or because they’re ideological socialists. Now you’re right, very few Dems are actually excited about Hilary (as much as they all still love Bill). i don’t like her, at least as president, but at least i know she’s not a fucking billionaire reality TV star with no experience in politics or anything related to the job of being president who is popular with a bunch of right wing rodentia (mostly bitter old white people) now crawling out of the electoral woodwork and casting a vote to “Make America Great Again” because they miss the good old days that never happened. Trump is ranting about problems that don’t exist and shouting schoolyard insults at anyone who challenges him, and dumb Americans find that sort of shit gratifying. Dumb people relate to dumb shit. What i’m saying is i think if Republicans actually could get their rabid angry and dumb base to vote for Rubio in the primaries they would probably win the general election, but they are having a hard time getting the base to do it precisely because most of them are rabid, angry and dumb. Bitter aging white people are no longer a large enough portion of the electorate to win general elections. Blacks and Latinos, youths, most immigrants and most women will vote for Hilary or Sanders, as will the Democratic base and most reasonable minded swing voters (swing voters being a largely reasonable-minded group).
