Truth is Unity

There is Truth.

Truth does not allow a determiner: there cannot be “a” truth or “the” truth or “this” truth or “that” truth.

There cannot be degrees of truth, as in more or less truth.

All philosophies boil down to one of two perspectives:

  1. Truth is Unity
  2. Truths are found in the connections within the Multiplicity

Truth is Unity, and Unity is found through Transcendence.

This is where my philosophy comes into play.

Transcendence is understood only in relationship with how one conceives of the concept of time.

Time is either:

  1. Duration
  2. Succession

It is only in the second case that there can be any such thing as causality. Only if time consists of a series of disconnected “nows” can it be said that one event causes another.

For, if time is simply a single, continuous duration that is constantly flowing, there is no way to isolate one event from another. It is only through time-as-duration that one’s spirit is truly free.

Within the philosophy of Multiplicity, there are many worldly facts which must be synthesized, and there is a great danger of falling into the “Cult of Personality” trap. Whether it be the cult of Christ, Hubbard, Prabhupada (Hare Krishna guru) or Koresh, there are always many facts within the world that require the interpretation of some “enlightened being”.

The same is true of the cult of Science. In this cult, the necessary credentials are PhD’s and the institutions that they inhabit are secular. However, their mathematical formulations are often just as bewildering (if not more so) as their spritualist counterparts. This notion becomes manifest when one considers the cult of extra-dimensionality/String Theory. To invent purely logical realms that have precisely no relationship with experienceable reality, and to furthermore lay claim to some kind of bizarre “Theory of Everything”, is the essence of what it means to be a cultish zealot.

So don’t be fooled…

Truth is Unity, and Unity can only be found within one’s Self, by way of transcending the untrue notion that time is a succession of worldly moments.

p.s. This is the only philosophy that cannot lead to some kind of “Cult of Personality”! (So, I guess I can’t be a cult leader, boo hoo :frowning: )
