Yeah, I find the world to be full of ironies, and contadictions - the real irony is when people think that what they are doing is justifiable

I’m in dire need of a thought provoking book to read - I don’t do fiction, but analytical and logical are fine: any ideas?
I go to the philosophy section in Borders, and they have the same books, year in year out (yawn) - I end up reading Tatler, over a caramel macchiato, haha!

The most thought provoking that I have ever come across are the crudest of stories. They don’t cover themselves with flowery words,they don’t hide behind an editor, they don’t preach, they just lay it out. I find those stories in the humans I encounter here or in my daily life.
That is what Uncle Tom’s cabin is about, the dirty aspect of real living.
