You see early lifeforms could withstand lava temperatures.
Now the supposed dominant species is very fragile.
earth consciousness had no problem living in space.
although humanity is very much like early lifeforms, bacteria, to earth consciousness. a colony of bacteria is quite fragile but there are so many of them everywhere there’s no way get rid of. also bacteria can be helpful at times but too much of them can be quite displeasurable.
