Or was he a hippie?
Perhaps he built the pyramids with his magic.
Was he a bastard child?
What did he do for the first 30 years of his life?

I had a copy of high times once that had jesus on the cover w/ the headline, “Was Jesus a Stoner?”. The evidence was inconclusive, interesting article though. And yes, I think jesus was gay.
No, Jesus wasn’t gay…
…as for Adam and Steve…
Back when I was a teenager before you had to tolerate homosexuality to be politically correct, we used to ride around looking for gay people in this one part of town and yell to them…“God made Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve!! Go to church!!” Then we’d throw things at them. I guess you just can’t get away with that sort of thing anymore. Ever since Clinton everyone’s just turned into a bunch of pussies who have to have all this legal protection for their feelings.
Hey if some guy wants to ram his privates up some other guy… that’s none of my business… and I don’t see that it’s any of yours either…
But since you seem to enjoy making other people’s lives and personal choices your concern it’s slightly hypocritical to turn and bash others (belonging to the “politically correct” bunch) for doing the very same thing when they speak up for the gay dudes…
you’re just bitter cuz your outnumbered…
I bet you complain endlessly when you lose any kind of games as well…
I don’t play games. Interesting idea for a personal shot though. Very creative.
Wait, let us make pressumptions.
If Jesus is a man, chances are he can be gay, but given the cultural backdrop, and the hostility of his critics, any misdemeanor would be gravely used against him.
But the evidence are silent.
Chances are he might not be gay.

If Jesus is gay, and Judaism does not condone homosexuality, any true Jew at his time will never support Jesus.
But St. Peter, St. Paul of Tarsus are true Jews at and before Jesus called them. And St. Peter and Paul of Tarsus supported him and even preached against sexual excesses.
Therefore Jesus is not gay.
===
If Jesus is a God-Man, there is no chance that he is gay, because homosexual sodomy (not homosexuality per se, that is another scandal) is a grave abnormality and a perversion of the essence of the sexual organ.
And God is perfect and sexless, and one can be truly human without being gentitally active.
Therefore Jesus is not gay.
I agree with this first part, but I have no idea how you made your conclusion. I can argue that he is less human, more god-like, and more sexless, therefore probably non-sexual, or perhaps bisexual.
Hmmm… Soteriology is indeed a hard subject, and I don’t take it yet. I would rather not comment on this authoritavely.
But it is an article of faith that Jesus is fully human and fully divine, if we will go with this assumption your argument would be proven useless.
Can Jesus feel lust, yes he can. Can he feel it on any gender, maybe. But nevertheless following this assumption, his intellect can fully distinguish what is truly good and thus overcome these lusts or anyother base appetites.

I think it is pretty much an unanswerable question, since the only reliable texts we have on Jesus take his sinlessness as a given and take (homo)sexuality as a sin. I will say that there is plenty of internal evidence in the NT that homosexuality was condemned by its authors, so the chances of them devoting their lives to a homosexual is fairly unlikely. Granted, there are numerous contemporary examples of closeted homosexuals who rose to positions of power in homophobic organizations, so the claim cannot be dismissed entirely.
So, I’ll say that the Biblical Jesus (which is who we are generally talking about when we discuss Jesus anyway) is most certainly not homosexual. The historical Jesus was most likely not a homosexual, but any conjecture on that topic is bound to be pretty much entirely worthless.
Which brings me to the next question – why bother posing such a topic at all? It sets up an unanswerable question that contains an suggestion that would be offensive to believers. Since the question is unanswerable, I have to ask myself whether this was asked merely to offend?
As for the missing 30 years, don’t some of the heretical gospels address that? I could be wrong, but I thought some of them did.
If Jesus is Gay then he must be the first corpse to enjoy sex, Reverse necrophilia? Does he transport to earth and have his way with unsuspecting guys? Eeew, And people want to follow him? thats gross, just gross.
Next subject; this one is wierd.
Jesus was either homosexual or asexual, which brings up the next question…
How many times throughout his life did he masturbate?
I mean, fantasizing about having sex after marriage can’t be a sin, can it?
Re Jesus’s “missing 30 years”, I heard he was a carpenter by profession, so presumably he was doing that.
Are the sexualities of any major figures in the history of world religion known?
Given that most of them had wives (or, I am sure, in a few cases that I am unaware of, same-sex lovers), yeah, the expression of their sexual preference can be seen. Now, it could be argued that axial figures existed in a cultural context where marriages were pre-arranged and all that, so it could be suggested that any of them had a preference other than what we can infer from history. Abraham, Brahman, Mohammad, Confucius, Buddha, and so on all had wives at some point or another, whereas figures like Plato and Socrates also had wives but seemed to have a sweet tooth for meaty cock . . . so I don’t think it is too unreasonable to use what evidence we have available to judge the sexual identity of various historical figures.
However, in the case of Jesus there really isn’t any information available on that particular topic. And what little information we do have is from heretical gospels. Now, whether one accepts those gospels as being reliable (or, rather, as reliable as any of the other gospels) depends on a lot of factors.
Maybe you need to understand the gay debate…
First off… Men don’t show cat scans like women untill they take estrogin pills then testosterone blockers. This was proved when a european scientist tried to lie with these pills.
They have generalized that gay men have more formed thoughts in the sexual section of the brain,… and an enlarged audio section of the brain.
/all this proves is that practice can achieve these side effects. This especially proves that homosexuals have a stronger imagination side of the brain.
They tried to brainwash the public with statistics that show gay people will respond to pharamones of the opposite sex. They omitted the fact that bisexuals will respond to pharamones from both sexes because that would show it clearly is a learned trait. That just wanted people to assume it’s an uncontrolled assumed trait.
They have found the alcaholism gene,… the anorexia gene,… and even a gene associated with increased agression… But no homosexuality gene.
They have then tried to create reasoning that when a mother has more then one child, the mother developes a resistance to testosterone. Thus a chemical bath from testosterone antibodies will change a child while they are in the womb. But they are confused and openly admit that identical twins won’t both be gay./// The obvious thing would be that people that are born with big brothers decide that they aren’t like their big brother and get along better with the mother.
From studding autism, they have found that an autistic child will fire the same nerons from watching an action as actually doing the action. I have dislexia (a visual mindset) in such a way that I am not inhibitted. I think this is because I am well rounded in this area for I notice a photographic like memory in my audio section of the brain. And my imagination helps me in opening up my mind and understanding people. Science just tries to define things to accent the things they focus on.
Phil, are you saying homosexuality is a choice? Just wondering, and if so, how do you reconcile the fact that there are gay animals? I mean, I don’t think animals have the neurological capability to choose int he same way a human does.
are you saying there is no difference between humans and animals???
Humans are animals last I checked . . .
So,… the fact that we are different doesn’t apply. I know of animals that can change sexes without surgery.
Ahhh, so we are conflating generalities with specifics now?
Phylogeny plays a rather critical role here, but last I checked you rejected that field . . .
