Damn, so much market euphoria to replace all those poor dirty workers with robots and automation everywhere collecting monthly dividends while pushing people out on the expanding unemployment line. Now that the dream is fizzling out, what to do next?
Pay workers living wages? Cannot do that!
Just one problem, that perfect oncoming inflationary storm that could turn hyperinflationary.
It’s a surefire recipe for even worse inflation than we’ve already witnessed. They should just let what needs to crash, crash. Take the brunt. But that involves rich people losing money, so oh no, can’t do that.
They really are a bunch of fannies. Always punting the problems down the line to the future. Do they think it’s never going to catch up with them? I think it is going to catch up with them sooner rather than later. We are running out of future to pile problems into…
They can’t stamp out the alternatives to capitalism forever. The only tool they have left is aggression, because no other country is going to freely adopt their idea of the “free market”—everyone can see what it does to a nation, and what kinds of individuals become involved, it’s too ridiculous and unsustainable.
I’m not completely against capitalism as such, but it needs to be highly regulated, and when the capitalists are in almost full control of the national governments, that is never going to happen, in fact what we see is increasingly lax regulation instead, which just compounds the problem.
That it doesn’t work should be apparent to anyone paying attention, but at what point the vehicle totally breaks down is yet to be seen, although I think we can see some pretty big cracks already. Marx was right, it’s unsustainable. Maybe I should finally read him properly, lol.
And just think, between now and the end of October if the DOW loses more than 4,000 points we’ll finally get to the true price discovery or economic value of everything.
Why is this guy so active in this thread devoted to the United States demise? I am just returning the favor this national system gave me my entire life.
Think of me as the avenging haunting spirit or ghost of America’s poor, condemned, and wasted potential. A voice for the voiceless.
Once Japan collapses it will have a financial tsunami effect on the American economy here domestically.
Japan is doing all it can as a political vassal state to prop up the United States economy financially and once it fails as the number one buyer of American debt, well, you can see where I am going with that.
