weird rush feeling, chi?

its weird, i think ive gained the ability after feeling it while stoned, it feels exactly like it. kinda like this weird rush thing that starts in your stomach and rushs all through your body, it reaches a peak, it gets so powerful i slightly twitch, and my jaws open, it then goes down. its pretty cool. no im not stoned right now. i can control it and do it at any time. but usually its better to be relaxed when i do it. and i also notice that if i’ve done it recently, if i try to do it again its not as strong. i remember being able to do since i was very very young, i would close my eyes while trying to sleep, and pretend i was swirling in circles, and then after a while it would feel weird in my stomach, and it would help me sleep. its different now, its stronger. my teacher brought up something i thought it might be. intrinsic energy, or “chi” is used in tai chi, and they can feel something when they do there exercises, called chi. it supposed to be controllable, and if you use it right, certain parts of your body can heal quicker. but i dont know if it matches with my thing. I dont think i can feel it while moving around so much, like they do in tai chi. i have to be still.

does anyone else have this controllable feeling thing?

Smoking weed does bad things to the liver which is a key organ that needs to be healthy when projecting ki.

Smoking also hurts your lungs.

Your lungs are the key function in producing new ki.

Your kind of shooting yourself in the foot.

Any natural ability you might have to actually use your ki is proabably going to hurt you in the long run, and yes it can hurt you.

The fact that you smoke weed in the first place may be an indication of a lack of self-discipline.

Do aikido and stop smoking.

wheres a link to something about this. ive always been interested. americano, how do you know what youre talking about

A lot of these ideas are found in Chinese Medicine.
