Please keep your finger in your butt when you fart. Joke thread, yet you brought yourself to at least twice say that it was so. I thought that was funny anyways, a joke thread followed by a joke of a contribution.
It’s my theory that you get more intelligent the nicer you are, and therefore, you’re more beautiful and intelligent because you’re nicer. You can start being nice to get really smart, but you have to stay nice to keep your intelligence and beauty.
So my other theory holds true with this as well.
Real Unoriginal once said that rich people are more beautiful, and I agree with his theory too. Because it’s as if these good things, these positive things in life, go together.
Earlier you said that intelligent people define the standard of beauty by choosing who to call beautiful and who not to. Intelligence can be an attractive feature in a person, but the way you talk about it sounds different than this. It sounds like you’re saying that intelligent people can pick whomever they want–the ugliest person in the world–and call that beautiful. Being the intelligent elite that they are, this becomes beauty for the rest of society. So it has nothing to do with finding intelligence attractive–which both intelligent and stupid people can do–but deciding based on other motives what will count as beautiful and what won’t.
When old age shall this generation waste,
Thou shalt remain, in midst of other woe
Than ours, a friend to man, to whom thou say’st, “Beauty is truth, truth beauty,—that is all
Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.”
The concluding lines from Ode on a Grecian Urn, by John Keats
I’m saying intelligence level is the accurate measure for beauty. Intelligent people get to define beauty.
Yes, they can, but the validity of such a judgment is still questionable. The most intelligent and beautiful person in world can call themselves ugly, but that’s kind of a let down. As in a rather fairly low opinion, a kind of self harm, from a higher standing person. A bad opinion about oneself where there is no reason for it. Really, I would say there are highs and lows, negatives and positives, and highs go with highs, lows with lows, negative with negative, and positive with positive.
Right, but it’s a branched out lie from the intelligent elite.
No, it has nothing to do with finding intelligence attractive. Many people can’t tell if someone’s attractive or not. Stupid people don’t know what to think when they see beautiful. They’re also so stupid that they think it matters what their opinion is.
It’s simply only intelligent people who are in charge.
Well, if it is the accurate measure of beauty, then you’re positing a one-to-one correlation–meaning that there are no other contributing variables. This basically says the more intelligent a person, the more beautiful–which is a bit different from your other point, which I interpreted (and which you concurred below) as: intelligence qualifies you to define beauty for the rest of society.
What do you mean? Ugly people hang with ugly people? Beautiful people with beautiful people? And likewise for intelligent and stupid people?
You realize, of course, that this assumes a black and white picture of people–as though there could never be somewhat intelligent people, kind of beautiful people.
No, it would be the truth. It would become the truth. But then again, if they start out as the beautiful ones (by whatever standard), then they thereby become ugly. But then they are no longer the intelligent elite. Thus, does their judgement of beauty count anymore? Does their prior declaration of beauty–what counts and what doesn’t–establish beauty anymore? Do they simply undo their own declaration unwittingly?
Scorn stupid people much?
I have my doubts.
the most influential politicians in history were goddam ugly.
And in today’s America where celebrities and the media are more in charge than politicians, it seems to be the most stupid ranks of society that are defining the standards of beauty. Beauty is now whoever has the biggest booty (i.e. fatties). Black is beautiful, they say (nothing against blacks, but let’s face it: those who flaunt this maxim aren’t exactly bursting at the seams with college graduates). The really intelligent people, those with actual education and well-thought-out things to say–people like you and me and others on this board–don’t even get a say in what counts as beauty and what doesn’t (well, we do get a say obviously–I’m saying it–but when is this ever going to influence people’s judgements of beauty?).
But unless you’re saying that being black is irrevocably correlated with being intelligent, I’m sure you can agree that there are some black people who are stupid, and when with the motto of “black is beautiful” being the new fad of today, they are defining beauty (hey, ugly fat black people add to the rainbow of diversity which is such a glowing positive in our American culture now-a-days, wouldn’t you say?).
This thread is so full of fail…most rich people are fat and ugly, and the ones that aren’t, have physical Aryan beauty but are often lacking Aryan intellects. For example, Beyonce Knowles has Aryan beauty, but she has a rudimentary intellect and diminished cultural capacity, she is no da vinci, she might as well be an airhead model in one of those rich magazines of little content and excessive vanity/wealthiness/jewry…aryan beauty but with jewish ideals, lacking creative genius, but her aryan beauty can make mundane concepts look palletable. This is the Great Deception.
So much negativity going on in this thread. I think positive thoughts make way for beauty and intellect to truly shine. It’s kind of of making this thread go backwards.
So let’s see, black people are really ugly and setting the wrong beauty standard. And the rich are typically ugly as can be and only partly aryan looking (also black like Beyonce).
So immature.
Your thread offends me, for saying rich people are beautiful, even though it is their fault that the planet is being destroyed.
Also, you don’t know what aryanism is, blacks can be aryan looking. Aryanism the opposite of looking like apes. Therefore, your statement that “blacks are ugly”, is confused. Blacks that look Aryan are not ugly, blacks that look like apes are ugly.
When are you going to finally admit that you can only speak for yourself, based on your own limited experience, and that all is subjective? You only know what you know. You don’t know what your neighbor knows, so you can’t speak for him.
