So what about us that can’t have anymore kids or even have kids or even those that don’t want kids and will never have kids. Where does tha leave us? Does that mean we can’t have love?

Procreation may have its breeding type of attraction but, it is such a tiny smalllll 3 minute out of 24 hrs part of the relationship of love, that putting sex at the top of the list or even in the middle of the list tells me that someone ain’t gonna get any.

Ya, I know I’m not explaining the emotional side of it.

I’m arguing that it all started with the basic goal for all life forms. To reproduce. It developed into human mating, which is a unique strategy that the evolutionary sciences explain better than anything else I’ve heard of. Cause it’s not all the contemporary Dr. Phil bullcrap. Its scientific and cool. I’m not saying you gotta have kids, thats just what animals do, and most of them have offspring as a result of it.

I don’t have a worthwile argument for the emotional aspect of it. I’ll just offer this. The only girlfriend I ever had,…I found out some time afterword we were soulmates according to an astrology/horoscope book.
It sure felt special, as I’m sure the first love always does.
But maybe that is supposed to be intense and deep. If two teenagers could bond like crazy, than it would serve useful in cave man times, though I don’t know how the relationship would continue for life, or eventually end. Just me speculating.

That’s why I sometimes think about romanticism when I remember and feel the hurt, when that stuff comes back up. It’s understandable to try and repress it, cause I don’t wanna remember, cause I don’t wanna feel.

I’ve wondered about if that meant anything or not. If it was destined or not. I’ve strayed more towards nihilism, as well as relativism and subjectivism because humans interact and interpret the world through the senses and emotions, as well influence from others who all do the same. Depends on the childhood and life experience.

Enough of that dumb stuff. I don’t know what direction to investigate further.

There’s Creator level or the root of the dim inkling we call love which our small sensory apparatus cannot even begin to fathom. That’s huge, the real thing. Then there’s that teeeny weeeny fleeting hint we humans experience as “love”, but mostly our ideas of love are based on fairy tales, magazine covers at the grocery store checkout counter and the media we attach ourselves to intermittently. It or the hope of it get a lot of folks by day-to-day, the lack or abuse of it is often fatal, emotionally and physically. Alas, it seems to be the best we can do.
