I mostly agree, but isn’t intuition kind of like the brain acting as a computer, so it’s roughly the entire intellect apart from the present conscious experience ~ which is using it. it’s a very unspecific idea of mind and one which is changed perhaps by what other kind of intellects one may have.
Generally speaking there seems to be epicentres which denote [generally] what kind of intellect we have, genius, psychopath, mathematician etc. all of these would use the intuition differently.

Is an ability of many kinds of intellect more than an actual kind perhaps, but yes it shows an ability to strip things down to expose how ridiculous they may be.
I think that comes into it, but would you say that everyone has an equal intellect to you or anyone here, as I wouldn’t [xxx]? Or that people with common sense are equal to mathematicians and physicists or they to philosophers, poets to artists.
Good point, yes I’d definitely match imagination with an ability to expound it, as an or the higher intellect. As with intuition all intellects utilise it in different ways, perhaps some more than others.
Can we say that all brains have the same functionality/instrumentation, so they all have intuition and imagination, processing potential etc.
So intellect is the ability to utilise those tools effectively.
So the question becomes; are some kinds of utility greater than others e.g. genius, scientist, artisan.
I’d say there is a hierarchy even though we are still speaking relatively. Mostly it is based on originality of thought, then visualisation, then cognitive processing ability [like logical philosophy, math].
I’ll start with this…
Genius
philosopher
Artist
Mathematician
Biologist
Engineer
Artisan
.
One with common sense
.
idiot
