How can you be aware of everything, including everything that is happing inside of you. Knowing and understanding the invisible.
Its a learning process, but, to learn, you must listen with all of your senses and emotions. These are the tools we have so use them or they won’t work so well.
I looked it up.
The ingredients you need are:
-superglue
-2 fat steaks
-a comfortable armchair
-a banana-peeling-apparatus
-a set of twins, preferably female
-a flaslight (for in the dark)
-a piece of paper
-crayons
-some mental help
I forgot to check how to use them, but that’s probably easy to figure out.
I love the right side of my brain, so for me to know everything logically leaves out the intuitive parts. use both.
« The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. »
I don’t know what the hell are you all talkin about, cept Kris.
In higher dimensions, awareness of all below can be possible, but the mind cannot afford to use up energies and times by altering reflections of that which it is touching.
Are we asking about true total awareness or human awareness?
both
It takes practice. Lots and lots of practice. I’ve had 3 or 4 years of solid practice at it and I still miss things every now and then.

You cannot be aware of everything that is happening inside of you especially during sleep. Meditation is one technique that can help you become aware of everything.

This is true. there is awareness, then there is reflections of this awareness - the reflections and the justification of “knowing” (how we form that knowing in our mind of something) is all a form of perspective and is relative to other hidden factors in the psyche.
Awareness is 'not grasping, and 'not necessarily knowing.
Awareness is overcoming of the relative shifting view of perspective. Awareness is acceptance - of Self and others, beyond the realm of judging Right or Wrong or That or Thing.
Awareness is being Open with no need to defend anyone or anything - the flip side is the human synchronicity or feeling that we are all connected and that we subconsciously project our psyche onto others and things.
Awareness is the recognition and acceptance of paradox.
