I should be given administrative status, of some sort or another, the highest authoritative possible over the forums of ILP.

I would first wish to adjust the registration-system, to help filter out more of the endless porno-spammers.
Next, I would like a complete review of all of the staff, especially their learnedness in all philosophical sorts of fields [a list of all books they read through, a general IQ test record, and the age, for example, should all be considered].
Persons like yourself have [most likely] spent allot of time learning, so I would consider you staff-worthy, and also worthy of a higher authoritative position.
Banning should be based upon votes from older members whom have been here for a long enough time, as regards whom should stay and whom should be removed.
This forum should have a certian set of goals and objectives.
The meaning and style of a debate is far different than an educational resource accumulation. For example, “what’s your favorite philosopher” sorts of threads should have been replaced by a large list of URLs, translations and manuscripts of all of those most interesting philosopher’s works.
There would be many other things too, if the staff pooled their concepts of change, and also if the staff so happened to be expanded/refined.

Surely, I would not mind having an excess of staff.
If you were learned enough [I’m guessing you’ve studied allot?], and if you actually wanted some sort of rank/responsabilities, I think it would be good for you to gain modship.

I completely agree. However, (Notice how I smoothly incorporated the introductionary word however and added the comma), I think that it will be funny when one of the “big shots” reads this and says, “I am going to delete all of the people”. We would never see each other again! Oh well, you guys are on your own…
