What the hell is ham?
Is is red meat or white meat?
or is it made from alien skin?
What constitutes if it red meat or white if the color isn’t clear?

White or dark meat would be more apropriate like in poultry. Like in poultry, the thighs, legs and butt portion is a dark meat. compared to the torso meat. Hence the coined phrase “The other white meat”
Red meat, like beef, has a different grain and texture to it or maybe denseness and it does not have different colors not matter which portion you have.
I always prefered the dark portions to me it seems to have a better flavor. There lies my butcher knowledge, I just cook and eat, never thought too much about the cuts.

Who cares? Pig is pork is ham is delicious. Caveat: when it turns green, don’t eat it. hmmm, wait a minute. Send it to Tabula. He’ll eat anything even remotely connected to pork.

beef is red, pork is not, it is like poultry with different meat, dark and light meat… Just as humans have dark and light meat. Uh we are considered Long pork

So does that mean the ham and the barely clothed Jessica are being salivated over because both are forbidden in Turkey due to gov’t. religion laws? or are Goats with braces a delicacy in Turkey?
