He’s basically saying that there is one reality and we are merely fractions of that one entity, think of it in terms of set theory. There is only A (reality) and distinctions of A (i.e. fractional distinctions of a).
The language he uses is peculiar in the sense that the syntax is very jarred. Buckminster fuller had similar problems expressing his ideas in language, certain people tend to personalize their language to such a degree you need someone else to decode it. I hate when people do that I know a guy in a high IQ society that is just the most inane bastard on the planet, he uses these jargonistic words and everyone reprimands him for it.
