He is anonymous, faceless, nameless. Afraid to reveal his real identity. He is a coward, anonymously feigning conviction in regurgitated ideas. He posts A.I. generated images to represent his family and living conditions. He posts A.I. generated meals to represent what he supposedly eats. That is the definition of phony. Not just phony. Strange, odd, weird, fake.
He also claims to be married, which you seem to question:
