So i have the trans guy on tape claiming that he didn’t break the motor mounts, the hub mechanic on tape saying the trans guy broke them, and the logical but extraordinarily unlikely possibility that the motor mounts broke immediately after the hub mechanic was done but not because of anything the hub (or trans) mechanic did.
Do i sue and risk losing again or head for my west virginia weapons/supply cache and call it a day?

The stock problems exist for all of em. Employment, housing, mobility, and relationship difficulties. Being actively stalked, vandalized, and gaslit everywhere online is more uncommon, but there have been cases of SOs being murdered.
They need to rewrite and reorganize the tier system, make it standard throughout all states, and remove all public notice of the SO and where he lives. They need to also remove all news of the SO from circulation after conviction. That’s it. That’s all the State can have… and the only thing it can have to get out of it own irresolveable dilemmas. Until and unless it does this it is an illegitimate legal authority… which translates to being totally illegitimate because it is actually founded on that force, that power to executing law. If that is done wrong the entire foundation of the State collapses.
