There’s a song I don’t know the name of that’s bugging me. It features a woman who talk-sings (about money, I think) and every so often there’s a “ti- ti- ti- tish” sound. Does anyone know what it’s called?

sounds like of like suzanne vega’s “toms kitchen.” but that song is ta ta tarra, or something like that.
you could also be describing a bjork song.

It was in an advert a while back, and I think there was a parody of it on “Dead Ringers” recently too.
I’ve checked and it isn’t the Vega song. Which Bjork song could it be? Thanks for your time.
