Only the queen-bee can reproduce. The queen bee is of the upper class, and the individual becomes a disposable unit which slaves for the centralized society.
A classless bee-hive would have each bee capable of reproduction.
In a classless society of equals, each unit is self-sufficient and relatively equal. There is less need for “specialization”, because each individual is more empowered, and thus, more self-determinted and free.
Ritches and throwns are not earned, they are inherited…
I’m not suggesting that now, as it has become impossible.
But now that you mention agricultural tribal societies… You know, small-scale agriculture is FAR LESS harmful to the environment then industrial agriculture is. It also does not use up oil/gas when you work your gardens by hand.
What I was thinking about as I posted the first words, was that equality makes unity far easier. Ex:
If all civilians could produce their own food, had a gun and military training, they would not be as easily oppressed or economically manipulated. They would not live as slaves to a centralized monarch or feudal order.
