For those of you who don’t know:
Dan is an inter-dimensional being that has a core that exists in a realm above reality, and it creates operative bodies in various worlds/realities the controls them. It can only focus on controlong one of these at a time. After much searching, Dan has found the ‘Cobries’. A large plant creature that has a new form of universal consciousness.
Back on earth, I write what has happened.
Clouds of mist parted... Dans new body stepped towards the Cobries... It was a mass of roots and vines, and looked like the largest mass of tree ever seen by an eye. It was surrounded by a murky deep water. The sky was white... No one could see passed a mile or less. Not a creature was stirring, and never even one bird was there to ever sing.
Dan stepped towards sight of this mass... He had never seen the likes of it in this world. He was within the system of JxEIom7. The world of Mietries is the one land were the Cobries is to be found.
Dan speaks: “I have found the Cobries! I will touch it! I'm not afraid of the depths of waters. Full well do all know who have killed me and then seen my return, that I am a god, as so many before me were. This land of mist and silence is not enough to scare me.â€
Dan swam through the waters and his body moving through the water was the only sound ever heard on this silent and windless planet. He soon grabbed onto the shore, and in the moment that his fingers touched the grass-like Fibothreds, the Cobries spoke.
Cobries let out a deep and soul shuddering groan... Dan yells: “Shut up!â€. Cobries begins to speak: “One foolish creature has touched my body. Of all the ways of all the lands, this one has stumbled upon my being!? Get out of this place, and return to your vanity mammal!†Dan: “You are a fool to treat me this way. I am an inter-dimensional. I have seen all worlds and no one can ever kill me.†Cobries: “What good is a world? You are still a tiny fool.†Dan: “Then prove to me that you are greater then me! I challenge you to change and enlighten me!†Cobries: “I challenge you to leave and never speak with me again. I ow you nothing and you are a rouge fool. Be gone, mammal!†Dan: “You are a lonely and insane being. You cannot change or grow. You are weak and stagnant.†Cobries: “You are in no position to judge me, mammal. Go, have sex with one of your many females. Consume a planet. Talk and hear. Feel need. Take and give. Work hard. You will never have what I have and the greater you become, the less you become. Your technologies have warped nature and your synthetic powers are a dream that has defiled the physical realm of your planets. Your constant questions each come from your infinite weakness. You tiny and stupid mind! Shut up and never speak again!â€
And then Dan was silent... He did not wish to swim away from the Cobries... He did not have anything to say at first, but then spoke.
Dan: “Are you actually jealous? You are a plant. We consume you. You are angry.†And in that same moment, a powerful bold of energy shot out from the Cobries and destroyed Dan's body.
Dan's core quickly recovered from that momentary shock... But he now has time to think as he forms a new operative body.
Core: “This is absurd. I had searched for so long to find the Cobries. I came to it seeking new light of truth and meaning and direction in the universe... Why did its words make me feel so weak and silent?... Is the life of a tree truly better then the life of an inter-dimensional? Why did he really think I... Would never have what he has?... What does he have? He is a strange mass of plant, connected to a universal consciousness... Always watching all time and space with a strange view from far off. It brings me to the real question: 'Is peace and observation better then change and action?'... Is passive better then aggressive? Is individuality better then reproduction? Will I be able to return to the Cobries and get a real explanation?â€
