I can still remember not that long ago the political left was against the wealthy, the powerful, the government, the billionare corporations. Ever hear of Adbusters? Badass shit like that shows what the ‘left’ used to be.

Now the answer to the question in this topic is clear: neoliberal capture.

It’s still amazing to me when people fall for the whole CO2 psyop. CO2 is an essential component of the biosphere, of life itself. We are carbon based life. Not silicon based. Plants use CO2 as food and thrive on much higher CO2 levels than we have today. More plants means more food, more biosphere and biodiversity, and guess what? More oxygen. And even humans need sufficient CO2 levels to help process oxygen properly to push it into cells. Look up the Bohr effect if you don’t know about this.

But naw, let’s just pretend like carbon and CO2 are “poisons”. Lol.

I wasn’t really responding to you directly, just making an observation about the culture in general today that views carbon and CO2 as if these were evil poisons to be gotten rid of. That is a massive psyop to benefit the usual suspects.

In responding more to your specific point, yes I agree with you. I don’t want weird shit in my food either. Give me regular butter, no margarine or seed oils or toxic waste or weird artificial vegan “CO2” butter whatever that is.

over the years i became conservative. actually RFK suspending his campane and endorsing trump i find particularly damning toward the democrats. i say this because RFK says he wants to go after big pharma corruption(pfizer,moderna) and censorship.

I don’t pay attention to any wiki or Gulag ‘definitions’. Neoliberalism can easily be defined as the political left-wing having already been co-opted by the elite and superwealthy class such that now the “liberals” and “progressives” worship huge corporations, billionaire big pharma and mass corporate media.

Neoliberals use false platitudes about virtue signaling “helping the disenfranchised” and all that while absolutely obeying the dictates of the elite political class and the war machine. Ever wonder why all the democrats you know in your life think Putin is PURE EVIL and we should GO TO NUCLEAR WW3 because of it? Yeah, they are brainwashed by the neoliberal machine. Basically just the same old power structures but pretending to be “nice” and “care about the little guy”.

Said more plainly, the political left largely has become intellectually decapitated enough to absorb whatever is coming from the “democrat” White House as if that were somehow a gospel entirely perfected by infallible divine mandate and absolutely above rebuke or any sort of questioning or doubt whatsoever. Why do you think democrats always fall in line and do whatever they are told? Why do you think they are so intellectually vacuous and can’t maintain discussion or free speech spaces for debate and always try to cancel and deplatform everyone?

I’m sure you know people like this in real life. Because I certainly do. And it’s tragic to see well meaning people taken advantage of and having their emotions manipulated and their critical thinking destroyed by psyop social engineering coordinated by billionaires in the military-industrial-technological-complex or “elites” who pretend to be “one of the people” and ignorant average people think this is actually true.

Whether Trump or Biden or Harris or RFK (yes even him), you trust these people? You think they actually care about you and your future? Guess again.

When the ads on your TV or internet browser tell you that the American government or Pfizer or Moderna or NYT or The Atlantic or CNN or MSDBC or whoever whatever else says something is true and you believe without hesitation or question because IT IS TRUE period end of all discussion holy amen… Well then, keep blessing the holy neoliberal gospel because you are a slave to masters you are too self-ignorant to even know.

well, i sure as hell dont trust anyone in the biden camp. it seemed trump was somewhat moderate.
i’d put a bit more credit to RFK because he was an environmental lawyer fighting the good fight for years.being such AND a democrat until recently he still opposed the vaxxs AND the carbon cult.
but given his positions that guarantee the system hates him. he’ll never be in the white house much the same way ron paul never was.

Because the Political System relies on Campaign Contributions from Wealthy Donors.

So we can pay politicians to spam us with ads that we don’t wanna see. And also so these politicians can be emissaries of the wealthy.

In a sane world, we would have a different political system where the main political parties (Democratic National Party, Republican Party, and Independent Third Party Collective) would host debates/tournaments then pick the best candidate. No money would be required from anybody, except some very minimal taxation to host the debates/tournaments.
