There are two differences between those posts.
The first is that someone flagged RealUn’s post and no one flagged Ecmandu’s. That kind of feedback is important.
It also prompts a moderator to look at the post differently, because we’re mostly here to discuss philosophy and not to play cop. Reading to analyse an argument is different from reading to apply the rules.
And that’s the other relevant difference between the posts: Ecmandu’s post, crass as it is, is clearly attempting to make an argument. RealUn is making a joke. It seems right that there should be more leeway to make arguments that involve sexuality than to make jokes that involve sexuality.
Could Ecmandu have made his point without the words “suck 100 dicks”? Probably (although in a context of a conversation about Ecmandu’s mental state his choice of how to express himself is quite probative). But his point would still be about sex and the specific sex acts that men and women perform.
I know you’re put off by Ecmandu’s preoccupations, and you should flag posts where you think they cross the line. But no topic is off limits – and I will add that one of your posts was also flagged for being too overtly sexual, and that flag was also rejected on review.
I would again strongly encourage you to add Ecmandu to your list of ignored users (which you can do here) and stop engaging with him.

And though I think I looked at the post at the time, there was no link in their message, and looking now I can’t find anything you posted matching the description (something about a vibrator).

I’ve been flagging his ‘off-limit’ posts for the last few years, of which @Flannel_Jesus made a mockery of them and of me, chastising me instead of moderating him and his wannabe girlfriend.
