Well, we perceive ourselves to exist in some capacity. This is necessitated by the feeling of ‘thinking’ or at least receiving information in some capacity which could be exponged here, in numerous directions.
The aforementioned ‘thinking’ seems to operate in accordance with our biological componants in a dualistic fashion. This is the shape of the causality we seem to inhabit. Action, reaction. In order to feel pleasure, we must have a conception of pain.
You’re doing it, the meaning of life is to not know the meaning of life. Imagine what your life would be if you knew - pointless. The point lies in searching for it; an excersize for the sake of itself. It’s a game… a race, the finish line is deep within you, near the boundaries of your rational capacities.
Messenger is but a means to the end you have presented here for us to respond to, the very name is encapsulated in the ‘send’ button at the bottom of this page and so I shall press it now.

Don’t buy détrop’s book (if he had one). He spends several chapters attempting to disprove God. Buy mine instead (if I had one). I don’t spend any time on God, but I do provide His phone number so you can ask Him your questions directly. (Plus, détrop doesn’t know what a Capitalist is).
Do too. A capitalist is someone who appropriates the means and production of a sandwich.

I saw this on a site called the “tao of wow”… I didn’t read a lot about the book but thought this was good:

Um, am I the only one that sees something wierd here about baldy’s post?
Read it again. and then why has he not returned? This as of right now is his only post.
Reasons?
Desperation and since resolved.
Depression and resolved some way.
Or some sort of a way to get private info.
Too busy, not enough time.

Seems to me that post was desperation speaking,perhaps or some ploy.
I will lean towards the former, due to; innocent until proven guilty. If you are on this type forum why would you want private answers to such public questions?I shall wait and see before I give answer to his questions.

You are right it does not invalidate the actual questions but, it invalidates the reason for answering, at least answering him so far.
Each question leads to the same answer. To learn, that leads to the bigger question ; Why learn? which goes to the answer; To grow. why grow? To become better then we are. Why become better? So that we don’t have to eat our vegies if we don’t want to.
Gotta do stuff otherwise things get boring.
