Today the government in Iraq has declared a state of emergency
in baghdad and put a curfew in place. Its nice to see what happens
when we are WINNING the war in Iraq, I hate to see what
would happen if we were losing. The lost cause continues.

Note that the GOPers chicken hawks, love to boast
about how the war in Iraq is making america safer and
yet dick chaney in a cnn interview disagrees.

Chaney in a interview said this…“If we pull out(the terrorist
in Iraq) will follow us, it doesn’t matter where we go— and it will
continue–WHEITHER WE COMPLETE THE JOB OR NOT IN IRAQ,
only it’ll get worse. Iraq will become a safe haven for Terrorist.”
K: He admits it doesn’t matter if we finish the job or not, the war
on terrorism will never end. NEVER END. He says they will follow us.
Finally a truthful statement from this administration about
the war on terrorism. It will never end no matter what happens
in Iraq.

This is my first post; and a great place to start!
It is interesting. Every Dick Cheney comment is accompanied by a reaffirmation that we are heading more and more toward a facist state. But a concern, besides the formation itself: the willingness of so many in the U.S. to deny it, or simply fail to see it.
I think I will start a thread on this subject…
