Women: a medium for clothes?

I know it sounds misogynistic…i laughed when it came to mind it was just so wrong sounding…

But what I am concerned about is just how Marketing is so directed towards women…I saw some statistics that showed that 60% of purchasing is by women…though that may have something to do with the expectation for women to do the grocery shopping…IDK if that was considered…
Regardless though it seems that women are expected to be “fashionable” to have a bunch of cloths… (of course I realize many women to succumb to such but how many do…to what degree?)

Are women just becoming a medium for clothes? Consumers of a product such as to lend to the very proselytization of that product by use of that product? Circular Advertisement for that which is needed only because it is thought to be and made further thought to be by further advertisement…?

or is it all just fun and games…

Spending money feels good - especially if you’re spending it on yourself.

You can think of it as a form of self-love. I think most women do.

waste always feels good, as do many things that have rarely been done before…
waste more, want more, the sooner the loss of the supply, sooner the pain…
