Women’s bodies are governed by menstrual cycle, so their hormones constantly fluctuate (as opposed to men), which can influence their moods. Of course, some women are more sensitive to hormonal changes than others, but hormones can make a woman more/less reactive to stimuli.

If you want a more or less scientific approach, my recommendation is to get to know your woman’s menstrual cycle more in depth and how it affects her. Communicate with her and notice how she responds throughout her cycle.

That’s interesting, (even though any scholar should already know this). In a sociology course I am tutoring, the vast majority of theorists claim biology has nothing to do with gender.
