Surely an anarchist manifesto is a contradiction?
Something like
RULE ONE: There are no rules.
RULE TWO: see rule one.
No offence, but I’ll believe you when I see it. You’ve been promising manifestos for ages.
Seriously, do you think political manifestos have the capacity to change the world? No one reads them.
“Back in the day” I thought the Anarchist’s Cookbook was cool. Then it got subverted by the powers-that-be and slagged off by those in the know. Recipes For Disaster is a more modern take on same theme and has mostly a survivalist lean towards “anarchy”. My copy of Hoffman’s “Steal This Book” fell to pieces eventually. I carried around with me like a guide to survival for months.

I think they’re just intended to confuse college kids into quitting education and learning a trade.
