Doesn’t it seem to you guys dates and numbers are a prominent leading role in people’s lives? Strange things occur on particular days. Coincidences and events happen on times to be expected for someone like Nostradamus.
Astronomers know about it, sure, but what does this have to do with Philosophy?
I imagine it is the philosophy of desperate theorizing, predicting, and influencing people. When you can get people to believe that something is inevitable, often you can cause it to happen - “self-fulfilling prophecy”.
When dates and numbers are a prominent leading role in people’s lives, then science is involved as well, and where science is involved, there is philosophy involded as well.
