in thinking about a unified, coherent understanding of

existence…

I have thought over the various threads in which UR, gLOOM, Observe,
Pedro have contributed to and I got to thinking, what is their
overall, unified, coherent understanding of existence?

I mean we on the left have an overall, unified, coherent understanding
of what it means to be human. What is the point of existence?
and we can, in one fashion, understand that in the Kantian questions
of existence… “What am I to do?‘’ ''What am I to believe in?”
''What can I know?" In reading these questions, one is lead to thinking
about what the right wing/conservatives hold to be the answers to
these questions?

so from the left perspective, “what am I to do?” is a question of
improving the self as well as improving the current system of existing
systems, be it social, cultural, economically, politically, philosophically…

but what does that mean practically? so, we have systematic racism
at the heart of our judicial, economic, social and political systems.
the left see’s this and acknowledges, this conservative denies this…
so in practical terms, who is right? we can see that blacks are arrested
at greater rates than whites, we see that blacks are convicted at a greater
rate than whites, we see that blacks are imprisoned at a greater rate
then white… these are not speculations but facts… easily found on the
internet… but where the conservatives take these facts is to announce
that blacks are inferior to whites…and liberals see that the blacks
are systematically being treated different than whites…
the essential understanding of liberals flows from this one sentence
in the Declaration of Independence…

“That all men are created equal”

but what flows from that sentence is the next part which is this,

“Then all men must be treated equal”

and this is clearly not true in modern society if we understand
the importance of the numbers given to us as in “blacks are arrested more
then whites” and “blacks are imprisoned at a greater rate than white”

we liberals have an understanding of the legal system at work,
and that system is designed to discriminate against blacks…
and we must change that systematic racism… that is the agenda of
the left… to change an obviously racist legal system…

thus you can see the overall agenda of the left… we are engaged in
what the declaration of Independence has said:

“Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from
the consent of the governed, that any form of government becomes
destructive of these ends, it is the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO ALTER OR
TO ABOLISH IT”

As we on the left see that the legal system is abusing its power to
deny blacks and other minorities their legal right to

“Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”

by an engagement in the systematic racism, it denies those people
their rights to “Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”

the left then engages in legal attempts to change the system,
hence the call to “defund the police” lies well within
the professed statements of the declaration… to
secure the “inalienable rights” of human beings, be it
black human beings or white human beings, we must seek
to an engagement to improve some part of society/
state/church/the cultural to allow people an engagement
with

“Life, liberty and pursuit of happiness”

in other words, if people cannot reach their goals under the
statement of “Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” then
we as a society, must help them achieve that which we are granted…
for if whites are allowed to achieve their goals of “life, liberty, and
the pursuit of happiness” than all people must be allowed to achieve that
which we are already engaged with…

recall, if "all men are created equal’’ then “all men must be treated equal”

for the liberal that is the fight, not only for all men/human beings to be
created equal, but for “all men/human beings to be treated equal”

and let us look at UR posts, he has advocated violence against liberals,
he approves of Rittenhouse murder of two people, he believes
that America needs “hate” to stay alive… he said so…
how is that improving America or in his case, as he is not an American,
how does it improve the state of the world?

how does his stance for violence and hate against those who don’t hold
his beliefs, go with the declaration of independence,

“That all men/human beings are created equal”
and the second part of that statement which is
“That all men/human beings must be treated equal”

UR, Observe, gLOOM all attack the statement that

“All men/human beings are created equal”
“All men/human beings must be treated equal”

they encourage people to deny others the idea that
“All men/human beings are created equal” and
“All men/human beings must be treated equal”

on what grounds do these conservatives deny the fact that
"All men/humans are created equal’’ and
“All men/human beings must be treated equal”

on the grounds that there are superior human beings,
and it is assumed that conservatives are by ‘‘nature’’
(Whatever that means) are in some fashion, superior to
others, the blacks, women, jews, homosexuals…
the conservative shouts from the rooftop how superior
they are to other human beings…

and here lies the entire philosophical basis of the conservative beliefs,
that they are and other conservatives are superior to everyone else…
but being good Christians, they don’t need no stinking evidence or facts,
they have their faith in their superiority over all others…

and in reading the conservative, read UR and Observe and gLOOM,
one sees this unstated proposition time and time and time again…
every single statement made is based upon this alleged superiority
over all other human beings…

so once again, I ask, upon what overall understanding does the conservative
base their beliefs, values, and actions upon?

I believe I have answered this but unlike them, I offer them rebuttal
time…Note that I have not insulted them nor shut them down…
I encourage them to respond…and note, they don’t offer me
equal chance to respond… in fact, they demand I cease to respond to them

once again showing us, in plain actions the difference between the conservative
and the liberal… Unlike them, I am not asking for hate or violence or fear,
my engagement is with dialogue… just as their engagement is with
violence and hate and fear…
