Ended up purchasing, and now eating, a seared salmon and tuna sashimi salad, for dinner… all pickled/fermented/lectin produce being removed from the bowl prior to consumption, which left just the fish, cucumber slices, mixed lettuce-leaves, and avocado slices, and so removing tomatoes and all pickled vegetables.
