Waxing and waning.. the moon, mood, and star stuff

_
Having always preferred moonlight to that of the sun’s, and having increasingly noticed a correlation between certain phases of the moon and human behaviour, this thread was then imagined and so then came to be.

Does the moon have an effect on Earth’s creatures, like it does the tide? for we are also 70% water, like the planet. As we approach the next full moon, behavioural changes are witnessed, in both (hu)man and beast… this is preferred to be denied, as (hu)man wants to be beyond nature, not seemingly controlled by it.

But yet (hu)man reaps the benefits of the planet/nature like it has a never-ending supply of all resource, so controlled by it.

“This month’s full moon occurs on Thursday, Jan. 28 at 2:16 p.m. EDT (19:16 UTC), but the moon will appear full the night before and after its peak to the casual stargazer. January’s full moon is known as the Wolf Moon, though it has many other nicknames by different cultures”.

What happens when the Sun Earth and Moon line up (in that order)? Do people (or animals) get crazy? Commit more crimes? The Moon always shows us the same face, but there’s only one instant when the Moon is truly “Full.” @DavidSkyBrody explains. – Full Moon calendar: space.com/16830-full-moon….

According to some flat earthers, the moon doesn’t reflect sunlight, it emits its own, cold light. :open_mouth:
This light has the opposite effect of sunlight, they say, it slows down, rather than speeds up organic decay.
Yea flat earthers get into all sorts of wacky stuff besides flat earth.
I don’t believe any of it, but nonetheless I had fun researching it.
