so, the final night of the DNC convention and
it was great… Biden gave a speech that probably
rivaled Obama speech and Obama is one of the great
speakers in American history…
the night was a nice mix of comedy, Julia louis-Dreyfus brought
the humor on a night that really needed it…and a mix of
serious stuff…
but the clear winner of the night was the boy who stuttered like Biden
who also stutters… this young man clearly had stuttering issues and
then overcame them… it was TV at its best…
I must say, the Steph Curry and family part was actually pretty funny too…
although I must say, his wife, Ayesha might have done better without the bathrobe…
just saying…
anyway, the overall quality of the speeches were very good
and Bloomberg who I am not a fan of, gave a pretty good speech too…
I think an excellent part was the coming together of his primary rivals
and they all did an excellent job… even Sanders showed he has a sense
of humor… who knew…
they seemed to enjoy each other company and you could see them
holding reunion parties every year… or not…
anyway, back to Biden… his speech was clear and concise and powerful…
he made the GOP lie that he had cognition problems, to go away…
it was clear from his speech, he was 100 times sharper then IQ45
and he will wipe the floor with IQ45 in the debate…
this convention, with all its unknows, turned out to be far better
then anybody ever hoped for… in fact, a couple of people on TV
thought that after this, the convention as we know it, is gone…
they will do this virtual convention from now on and I agree…
end the useless and wasteful live conventions and do the virtual
conventions from now on…I can’t agree more…
so, to recap… the single best speech from a convention with
extremely great speeches was the final speech and it couldn’t have
ended any better… Biden hit a grand slam with his speech…
Now, about next week… the GOP had better bring their A-plus game cause
otherwise they will get blown out of the water… because this convention
was one of the best I have ever seen and I have watched conventions
since the 1970’s…
so, I will be watching every minute of next week convention because
I am willing to challenge my convictions… did you challenge your convictions
or did you run and hide to avoid the possibility of having your convictions
challenged?
It doesn’t matter to me, for I have not only the courage of my convictions,
but I have the courage to challenge my convictions
