Pax Vitae (moderator) is in charge of the Heavily Moderated Forum. Feel free to contact him if you wish to gain access. He will decide whether you should have access or not.

Perhaps it would be nice to put this on a little sticky and attach it to the top of the Help and Suggestions Forum. It is probably one of the most asked/wondered about questions on the ILP Forums.
