The worth of the individual extends beyond and sort of feudal title, or sense of entitlement- you have to work for a higher standing, forcing it with your own hands little by little, building a enterprise. Magsj is merely the "help" in this enterprise, the important person remains unnamed..... the owner, the CEO or similar position directing the whole show. This gets into Leadership/Management aspects.

I am fully aware of workplace dynamics and the hired-help's place in it.
