Why doesnt Israel produce cars?

Your laid back attitudes and open-mindedness make me sick, you’re basically Hitler.

" I’m sure there are some evil jews, and some evil nazis, and some evil whatever kind of other people you can think of"

This doesn’t work man. It just doesn’t.

In a fair world, it would earn you a slap.

My advice? Grow the fuck up. Get rid of “evil” altogether. It obscures far more than it illuminates.

Yes, Im perfectly aware.

Notice I inserted an emoticon. You are so deeply apolitical that one can never truly take you for anything at all in that realm.
In an ideal world, youd simply find that you have better things to do than try to be wise in politics. As you clearly do, also since, in politics, you are a, whats the expression, a babe in the woods. Not sure if I use that phrase right. But you are so naive it could be delightful, if it didnt align you with the most horrific malice in history.

If only youd actually know yourself, youd be a Trumpian force to be reckoned with.

If only you didnt begrudge yourself your privileges.

I mean I don’t think there’s some attribute that a person can possess that makes them inherently unable to act in a way that someone or another might call evil. I’m not even certain that the good/evil distinction is real. But even if it is, still…anyone can be evil…at least if they try hard enough and believe in themselves.

For not just this reason, but for many…I’m glad that the world isn’t fair.

I think the apolitical thing is a little tricky, although you may be right about me on that point. It’s sort of like when the news of the day is, “hey we have problem x in society, and here are some ways that it could be addressed”…I’m interested in weighing those possible ways of addressing the problem. I can’t stand it when everyone stops talking about those possible solutions and instead starts hurling generalizations at one another. Like nothing ever got done by screeching back and fourth about what’s socialist and what’s communist and what’s freedom and what’s capitalism etc. It’s just screeching. And it’s a huge red herring that distracts from a lot of problem solving time. I wouldn’t say that I’m naive about politics, but I would say that problem solving is a lot more complicated than simply picking an ideology and defending it all the way down to its actual flaws. No ideology is flawless, and defending one, whatever it is all the way down to its flaws is just kind of…well…you know…

Wait… are you advocating for socialism here? Like things should be fair? Everyone works the same job and waits in the same lines for bread? Fairness…what a crazy idea.

" I’m sure there are some evil jews, and some evil nazis, and some evil whatever kind of other people you can think of"

Please see it. I don’t think I could handle yet another notch down in my respect for the world.

It is a hormonal thing, like drugs. There is a thin chemical balance that keeps the leftist afloat in his own consciousness, and for this balance to remain intact, no actual value judgment can be undertaken. Otherwise the consciousness would stir and immediately swallow that tiny boatlet of the utterly frigid ego.
You and I have no idea how frigid an ego can be.

The first honest value judgment such a consciousness makes is cataclysmic and can wipe out that entire being.

You d think Im kidding. Strange days.

See, the mark of a smart man. Know yourself means know your limitations, know where you arent fully “there”. The typical leftist exists solely in terms where it, they, heshe, is not fully there.
Twilight zone. Dead eyes.
I know youre not one of these zombies.

Yes the thing with politics is that what state A considers a problem, state B considers an ideal situation.
Like the Republicans thought and still think slavery is a bad idea, and the Democrats thought and still think it the hallmark of civilization.
But my point is more general than that.
Do you consider mandatory insurance a gift from above or an existential problem?
You have your opinion on that, others have another opinion.

I have no ideology, I just love the US.

#-o

“No ideology” is like Nihilism, and in some ways not even that. It’s somewhat like the Buddha’s silence, if it’s possible at all. Maybe even death.

Everything is ideology in some form, even if yours is stripped down. The US is overwhelmingly ideological, overwhelmingly. If you had said you were merely partial to it, I might have let it slide, but to love it (as you clearly do)? No. Your self-knowledge would benefit greatly from seeing past your ideology, but I don’t think this is your intention. What I’m suggesting is Socratic, maybe even Cartesian, but I would hazard that what you want is more Nietzschean: to impose your will strongly on the intuitive level rather than the analytic. I hear that Foucault would also be partial to this approach, it just doesn’t make particularly enlightening philosophical discussion to whisper carefully to a bulldozer. Love away, if you like. But don’t present it as self-knowledge, and especially not as knowledge of others.

Kim Kardashian agrees with that issues vs grand narratives thing. She pulled up her pants and went to talk to Trump. Guess what she got?

It rhymes with pesults.

Yeah? We’re comparing Robert E Lee to Hitler now?

Tf outta here…

I like how the media you put up against breitbart as “legitimate” adds in the nazi there in the headline. Super honest, certainly not biased in any way. No ideological agenda there that’s for sure.

Mostly what you reminded me of with that video is how magnificent Trump is.

Goddamn.
