The difference between canada and the us is that canada doesn’t have much money focused into its military, intelligence and national security.
Meanwhile, the american military got so strong and organized that it can control the world more, and exploit it more.
Having a big military seems appealing to some persons,
but the potential for corruption grows with size.

That’s really something, that video…
Good choice of musical accompaniment, I’ll give him that… the guy’s got taste. I’m new to Shazam, so I’ll enjoy Shazamming the-heck out of those tracks later.
As the game progressed, the moves started to become more and more familiar… I’ll have a re-watch, when I Shazam the tracks.
Yes, it is. And it is, and he does.
Here’s a nice set he posted underneath that video.

EDIT : this isn’t actually that good.
(neither is this of course)
lost 3 games in a row to a 1400s douchebag, then beat this 1600s noble sir twice. this play here at the end is super deadly, look at the pawnfront on the left. I mean em, king, no - q I cant remember if I was back or white.

MJ: cant remember if I’m black ooor white.
This is a good opening, I was thinking it was a bullet game the first 10 moves.

lol I was breaching this suckers defences easily and then in move 10 I looked at his rating and like a damned blockhead decide against the offensive bishop move to block the queen WHICH WAS A MATE IN ONE THREAT and moved a pawn up instead. lichess.org/M3Ps26XByM1r
If I had put the bishop on b4 as shown here, what is black to do? He cant defend either with the rook or the queen because of the nasty white square bishop I had placed on his kingside.
youtu.be/hpdmM9ZyGnU?t=858 [tab]very skeptical though [/tab]
Alright so I play badly a lot of times and lose shit games forever. Fuck am I, wunderkind Hendrikson?
I can chase a king down like a dawge though

I had a plan but I won on time
We’d be done fairly quickly; chess payers have Mars-Sun combinations. It’s the most purely masculine human endeavor Ive seen.
(Which is why you will stay as far away from it as you stay from yourself;)

Again, as I noted on my astrology thread:
…the existence of existence itself is so profoundly problematic to me, only a fool would completely rule out anything. From God, to astrology, to numerology, to sim worlds, to dream worlds, to solipsism, to the Matrix, to, well, on and on and on and on, come on, admit it, who the hell really knows?
So, what are we left with then? Is it not the capacity of those who believe in them to come up with one or another way to at least attempt to demonstrate why others are obligated to believe them too. If, for example, they wish to be thought of as a rational human being.
You will either make that attempt or not. Not on this thread of course but that’s why I created the astrology thread.
Next up: chess and value ontology.
