Nice deduction, KrisWest. I was over-competitive, I was also a compulsive bettor. I would say gambler, but I don’t really gamble, I just bet a dollar here, a dollar there, on silly stuff.

Sitt, if we have gayest moderator, we should have straightest moderator too. That would be another close race.
That is absolutely correct. There will be no racial, ethical, religious, cultural, sexual, sexual affiliation or discrimination of any other kind in this competition.
So, let’s hear some more suggestions and we’ll look at starting this thing on Monday February 23rd is when we will begin nominations.

It took me a few weeks before I was sure that the ILP v. ILO Debate was for real, all you can do is try to make something happen.
And, of course, some of my ideas are better than others.
but have you discussed this issue with the admins? Did they approve the idea or not?
I’ll only approve if I can win “Best Bureaucrat”. Or does that make me a bad bureaucrat?
If someone wants to make little banners for the different categories, we can add them in under the avatar. Imp has an example of what I mean; his says “Symposia Contributer”. I wouldn’t want to force the winners to have them, but if they wanted to own their title, it’d be easy to arrange.

If I was told that I could not do such a thing, I would simply apologize and call it off, but we have a good degree of freedom here, so I feel that if I have an idea that will generate some excitement that I have sort of an implied permission to carry it out within certain guidelines.
