In fact The Prophet Muhammad specifically endorsed Jesus as The Christ ('Isa al Masih, Masih ibn Maryam). This is absolutely incompatible with the Antichrist as described in 1 John 2:22 and you are therefore objectively inarguably guilty of slander, and further: your bible warns that many / all Prophets were subjected to slanders - Mathew 5:12
As for the Ishmaelites, the Prophet Muhammad was descended from that line. The Bible says the lineage will be blessed: Genesis 17:20 - Bible Gateway
12 great princes could be 12 great imams, the 12th being the foretold Mahdi who will one day appear before the return of Christ.
Finally the Gospel of John is rife with Jesus promising that another would come after him, verifying the truth about him etc.
The Holy Spirit (peace be upon him) isn’t the comforter, the Holy Spirit was always there, before the world was even made probably.
You need to look up the Islamic prophecies about the Antichrist known as the Dajjal. Our Prophet taught us (in at least one account) that he’d have one good eye and be blind in the other eye “but your Lord is not One Eyed”- he told us that because the Dajjal will be a man, who claims to be God and will indeed have god-like powers, not trickery but real power like never seen before.
People like you will worship him - people that are in the market for worshipping a man that goes to the toilet. Please, see sense, and at least, please, refrain from calling decent people “Antichrist”. I honestly think your household, whom you have condemned to hell, are better than you, no Atheist ever called me Antichrist.
