The meet will most probably be a weekend in August this year.
Please put your name down here if you want to come and what weekends you would be able to do. If people from abroad come then it will mainly be worked around them since they are potentially have the most restrictions.

There’s no definites but I think one of the two-mid weekends in August, i.e. 11th-13th or 18th-20th would be the best. I will be working by then but will be able to come back to London for the gathering of minds. UK Students will still be on holiday by then and those who are working will be off on the weekend. How does that sound? When will you know what dates you’ll be coming?

yea it would be fun, so far this year I must go to Texas and Colorado, I don’t know how I will manage that. Anyway if I show up all that delightful weather in London might turn to blistering heat. As my proxie could you do me a favor? I would love to explore the catecombs. Can you go explore them for me? They really are the one thing I would go to London for. Catecombs have always fascinated me.
